You will be joining a well-established, friendly sales team, promoting the Fit4 package across the South Downs Leisure sites and assisting with member retention. As a Membership Advisor you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis both in person and over the telephone.
You will also ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
Whilst your excellent customer service skills and passion for people are top of our list, you will also need to be confident, approachable and have great organisational skills. You will be able to work with other key areas of the centre, such as reception and the fitness team to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised. Previous sales experience is not essential as full training will be provided, but a positive attitude and the drive to succeed are a must.
