LES MILLS Pilates: An Introduction

Les Mills Pilates is a dynamic and engaging workout that combines the principles of traditional Pilates with a modern twist. Designed to improve core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, this session offers a unique experience that caters to participants of all fitness levels.

Stretch and Meditation Session

Join us for a nurturing stretch session that invites warmth and coziness to your morning. We’ll start with gentle stretches to bring movement and love into your body, allowing you to reconnect with yourself. As you settle onto your mat, prepare to yawn deeply and relax deeply, embracing each moment with intention.
 
This session will focus on various stretches designed to increase flexibility and release tension. You’ll explore movements that target different muscle groups, enhancing your overall body awareness. As you stretch, you will feel the comforting connection between your breath and each gentle movement, fostering a sense of relaxation and mindfulness.
 
As we transition into the autumn meditation, you willembrace the season’s dualities, reflecting on the warmth of cozy scents and the crispness in the air. This guided meditation encourages you to let go of what no longer serves you, making space for new growth and direction in your life.
 
Autumn teaches us about acceptance and the beauty of change, helping you to cultivate a sense of harmony between tension and relaxation. Join us to explore these themes and find peace as we navigate this season together.
