This evening drop-in class is designed for those who would like to start mindfulness practice. The drop-in will commence with a short silent or guided meditation practice, followed by a short talk and guided discussion around a mindfulness related topic, to finish off with a longer meditation to end.

It’s a great way to unwind after work and recharge for the rest of the week.
