Strong by Zumba
STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Stretch and Relax
Stretch and Relax class is a workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling great. Moves and poses are set to relaxing music, creating an environment of peace and calm.

The Mix
THE MIX by Piloxing is inspired by commercial dance from the dance mecca of Los Angeles. This all-new program will have you addicted from the first beat. Lose yourself in today’s music hits and iconic throwback while learning the most current grooves. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Colour Meditation Energy Workout
Allow yourself to relax and heal with this gentle colour energy workout.

Old Skool Aerobics
It’s a blast from the past! Work up a sweat with a touch of nostalgia in a heart-pumping, traditional aerobics class. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Core De Force
Core De Force workouts are broken into 3 minute rounds – just like a real boxing match. For 3 minutes you’ll attack boxing, kickboxing and muay thai cobinations. A fat blasting workout. All fitness levels.

Les Mills Barre
LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.

Breathe combines meditation with gentle yoga to help calm the mind, body and soul whilst ading aches pains and preventing injuries.
