Tips for Attending Classes

exerciseSome useful information you should take into account before attending classes:

  • Wear comfortable exercise clothes and trainers
  • Bring a bottle of water and a small towel
  • Advise the instructor of any health related problems or injuries you may have
  • If you are asthmatic please bring your inhaler with you
  • Make sure you don’t come to a class hungry, thirsty or having just eaten
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start
  • Please bring an exercise mat and your ticket
  • No spectators are allowed in the studio
  • You can cancel your class up to 1 hour prior to start time
